With Hepsia you can host unlimited domains under one single hosting user account. This is possible due to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other hosting CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have 2 autonomous account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/management possibilities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no CP opportunity.
Domains Hosted 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your TLDs in one single account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP platforms do not present such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and this is why they request TWO autonomous logins: 1 domain management/billing/support user account and 1 site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
Operating System 3 - you will observe that the Hepsia CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to have it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu.
